It might be a new car or a new MP3 player. It might be a new job. It might be money. It can be anything - you just have to picture it, preferably as already being yours.

Another way to achieve this power is by repeating the exact same phrase over and over again. This is almost like putting a request for your desired item out into the universe and allowing it to come to you. You can state things like 'I want to make more money', over and over again.

The last way that you can meditate and use law of attraction to your benefit is going to be by thinking of absolutely nothing when you are meditating. Just find a spot where no one will bother you and it is quiet and think of absolutely nothing.

Whatever technique you choose, you have to be positive. You have to believe that you can get what you want. You have to believe that you have the power to make it happen.
